By using our website or purchasing from Aangan Furniture, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Custom Orders

  • We offer both ready-made and custom-made furniture.

  • Custom items may vary slightly in color, finish, or texture due to natural materials.

  • Designs and specifications must be confirmed by the customer before production.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are in INR and may change without notice.

  • Custom orders require 40–50% advance payment, non-refundable once production starts.

  • Balance must be cleared before dispatch/delivery.

3. Delivery

  • We offer Chandigarh, panchkula, mohali , zirakpur delivery through third-party logistics.

  • Delivery timelines may vary; delays are not eligible for compensation.

  • Customers must ensure correct address and availability to receive the order.

4. Damage & Claims

  • Report any transit damage within 24 hours with photos/video.

  • We will assess and decide on repair or replacement.

  • Damage after delivery is not covered.

5. Return, Exchange & Cancellation

  • Custom furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

6. Warranty

  • Warranty covers structural issues only.

  • Natural wear, fabric fading, polish variation, water damage, or misuse are not covered.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on our website belong to Aangan Furniture and cannot be copied without permission.

8. Privacy

Customer details are kept confidential and shared only with delivery partners when needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aangan Furniture is not liable for delays, misuse, post-delivery damage, or indirect losses.
Maximum liability is limited to the product value.
