At Aangan Furniture, quality is our foundation. Each piece is handcrafted with care, but if something doesn’t look right, we’re here to support you.

Eligibility for Return

  • Since most of our products are customized or made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind," “size issues,” or “different color expectations.”

  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Damaged item received

    • Incorrect product delivered

Reporting Damage/Issues

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with:

    • Clear photos

    • Video of the unboxing (if possible)

    • Order number

Resolution Process

  • After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

  • Once approved, repair take 10 –15 business days .
