Delivery Areas

  • We provide delivery with priority service within the Tricity region (Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali).

  • Free or discounted delivery may be applicable depending on product and location.

Processing Time

  • Standard ready-made items are processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture generally requires 2–4 weeks, depending on design, size, upholstery, and material chosen.

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders usually deliver on same days to reach  and 1-2 days for remote areas.

  • You will be notified via SMS/Email once your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • You may contact our support team for any delivery updates.

Installation Service

  • For customers in Panchkula, Chandigarh, and Mohali, we provide free in-home installation and setup.

  • For other regions, installation may be chargeable depending on the product.

Delivery Attempt

  • If the customer is unavailable during delivery, our team will attempt redelivery or coordinate a convenient time.
